<p>額外添加於食物中的精緻糖的機會，</p>
<p>但除非是自制力極佳的人，</p>
<p>想完全不碰是不可能的任務，</p>
<p>我們可以做的就是了解飲料中的含糖量，</p>
<p>並控制糖量在一定範圍內。</p>

<p>世界衛生組織：則是建議總熱量的5%以下對健康有益，</p>
<p>若每日攝取2000大卡，就是25公克以下（約5顆方糖）。</p>

<p>倘若毛囊沒有經過足夠的生長期就進入休止期，那麼掉下來的頭髮，一定會偏細、偏軟、偏短。因此，一旦發現自己掉落的頭髮偏細軟，而且也比較短，那就有可能是異常掉髮的狀況。</p>
